This Disclaimer applies to VASTConnect Car Sale and should be read with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Marketplace role only
VASTConnect Car Sale is an online classifieds and connection platform. We do not own the vehicles listed, do not act as the seller or buyer in private sales, and do not transfer vehicle ownership or registration.
2. No verification guarantee
We do not guarantee the accuracy of listing details, photos, mileage, price, ownership status, accident history, or the identity of sellers or buyers. Always inspect the vehicle, verify paperwork (including registration and ownership documents), and use safe payment practices before completing a purchase.
3. Scams and unsafe payments
Do not pay large deposits or full purchase amounts to strangers without verifying the car and seller in person. Be cautious of requests to pay only via private numbers, gift cards, or "holding fees". Report suspicious listings to hr@vastconnect.co.zw or 0772 533 899.
4. Agents and owners
Agent fees shown on listings are charged by the posting agent, not by VASTConnect (unless we expressly state a platform fee). Unlock fees for direct-owner contacts are platform fees for revealing contact details only — they are not a vehicle deposit or purchase payment.
5. Third-party services
WhatsApp, Facebook, Paynow, EcoCash, maps, and other linked tools are third-party services. Their terms and availability are outside our control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VASTConnect Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of Car Sale, including failed sales, vehicle defects, or disputes between buyers and sellers. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Zimbabwean law.
